He's huge and adorable~! Maybe a little too big, or his face might be a tad too small/high up, but otherwise this little guy is just so cute. The lineart is clean and the toned down colours look nice and add to the cuteness. I like the way you drew the ears and tail. The wings are cute, too.
Maybe the hands are a little bit small...no, wait, that's not it. his left paw (our right) would probably look nicer if it was facing the same direction as the other...I think that wouls also make him look smaller, somehow.
Oh, and his face. It's so cute! I like how you didn't add any details into his eyes...it adds to the cuteness, I think. It sort of makes Pikachu look more like a toy.

Overall, i think you did a really good job.

It's one of the Cutest things I ever seen!It's very clear for me to see.I t's like when one of those things that's when One drawing is blurry and you don't know what it is but this one It something unique! But I think you could make the arms bigger and the stomuch a little bit thinner but it depens on how much the pikachu eats!

I'm kidding on that one but other than that It's a great artwork.Nothing less then I expect from you!I can't wait to see another one of your Art!I Would think that maybe this Chupid could be my valinetine.LOL.Great Work Special Pikachu!
