I think lion in lion dance (barongsai) looks most similar to Raikou, so...
Actually I wanted to draw Gold performing lion dance, but I didn't have enough time

Gaah! Pikachu is just too cute! I like the innocent, kind of clueless expression you gave him, He looks really cute, and the soft shading is really nice. The Raikou costume is cool, and I like the way you drew it's eyes. It's head is a little large, but I guess that's justr the way the costume is designed.

I like the tail.
Pikachu's feet seem a little odd, however. on his closer foot, the line for the back toe should be shorter than the line for the front toe. (for the sake of perspective). The other foot is good, though.

The closer paw is a little odd, too. It seems more 2-dimensional, and again, the line lengths look a little odd...like the wrong line is longer again. The arm also looks like it's a little too high up? The farther arm looks good, though. Again.

The nose is also a little off-centre, but I think that's kind of just part of the style, right? It makes Pikachu look really cute. The eyes are adorable.
Overall, i think you did a really good job. it's really cute and the perspective works well.

I really thought this Artwork was good.But Maybe You could had made pants for the bottom?.But either way it's great artwork.Very clear for me to see too!Also Pikachu's arms and Feet look very small but it deepens If the Pikachu was actually new or not.I can also see it looks like you did cell shading correct?Good Job with this Art my friend Keep Up with the great work. And By the way this is my first Critique so can you tell me if I did well?I still new to DeviantART.But I look forward to seeing you next art work.Happy New year!Even if it's too late ._.
